1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Cleaning Cuties LLC. By booking our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline the agreement between you and Cleaning Cuties LLC.

2. SERVICES

  1. Service Offerings: We provide residential, office, Airbnb, and post-construction cleaning services. Additional services such as interior cabinet cleaning, refrigerator/freezer cleaning, oven cleaning, and dishwashing are available at extra costs.

  2. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide clean linens for bed changes and clean towels or mats in bathrooms if needed. Personal items should be cleared from cleaning areas.

  3. Restricted Items: We do not clean vinyl blinds due to their fragility.

3. BOOKINGS

  1. Scheduling: All bookings must be made through our website, which is 100% secure.

  2. Card on File: A valid debit or credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

  3. Minimum Service Hours: Hourly services require a 2-hour minimum. 

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  1. Payment Methods: We offer multiple secure payment methods processed through trusted third-party providers.

  2. Payment at Booking: Full payment is due before or upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

  3. Cashless System: We operate as a cashless service. Tips, however, may be provided in cash.

  4. Payment Authorization: By booking, you authorize us to charge the card on file for the agreed cost, including additional fees incurred during the service.

  5. Failed Payments: If a payment fails, the service may be canceled or rescheduled until resolved. Any outstanding balances must be paid before future bookings.

5. PRICING & DISCOUNTS

  1. Pricing Structure: Prices vary based on the type of service, square footage, and level of cleaning required.

  2. Frequency Discounts: Weekly services receive 20% off, bi-weekly 15%, and monthly 10%.

  3. Referral Program: Clients receive a $20Off per referral, and referred friends receive $20 off their first service. Service must be a $150 min. 

  4. Coupons & Codes: Coupon codes must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be retroactively applied.

6. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  1. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be submitted in writing using the cancellation form available on our website.

  2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

  3. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule services without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.

7. DAMAGE & INCIDENTS

  1. Damage Reporting: Any damage caused during service must be reported within 24 hours using the incident report form available on our website.

  2. Proof of Value: Clients must provide the value of the damaged item, along with receipts and pictures.

  3. Liability Limit: Our liability is limited to the cost of the damaged item, subject to review.

8. QUALITY ASSURANCE

  1. Service Guarantee: We strive to provide top-quality service. If you're unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

  2. Re-Clean Policy: If an area is missed, we will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge, provided we are notified within 24 hours.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

  1. Data Security: We prioritize the privacy and security of your personal information. Payment details are securely processed through third-party providers, and we do not store sensitive financial information.

  2. Communication: By booking, you agree to receive emails related to your service, including promotional offers and newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time.

10. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  1. Health & Safety: We use eco-friendly cleaning products; however, we are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

  2. Access to Property: Clients must provide safe and unrestricted access to the property. We are not responsible for incomplete services if access is restricted.

  3. Unforeseen Circumstances: We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

11. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or if there is a breach of these terms and conditions.

12. AFFILIATES

Our website may contain links to affiliate partners, including BookingKoala and Mailchimp, from which we may receive commissions. This does not affect your service cost.

13. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
