TERMS & CONDITIONS — CLEANING CUTIES LLCEffective Date: April 22, 20261. AGREEMENTBy requesting a quote, booking, purchasing, or using services coordinated by Cleaning Cuties LLC ("Cleaning Cuties," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with any applicable service-specific terms, policies, and cancellation requirements provided to you at the time of booking.2. BUSINESS MODEL & SERVICE STRUCTURECleaning Cuties LLC is a service coordination company that connects Clients with qualified independent cleaning professionals and coordinates the scheduling and fulfillment of cleaning services.Services may be fulfilled by independent cleaning contractors or other qualified service providers engaged or coordinated by Cleaning Cuties LLC.Cleaning Cuties LLC manages the customer-facing booking process, including quote requests, scheduling coordination, payment processing, and communication regarding the requested service.The Company reserves the right to determine how services are assigned and fulfilled based on service availability, scheduling, location, scope of work, and operational needs.3. INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDERSCleaning professionals providing services through Cleaning Cuties LLC may operate as independent contractors and are not employees of Cleaning Cuties LLC.Independent contractors are responsible for:Performing the agreed-upon cleaning services professionally and in accordance with the approved scope of work.Providing their own cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.Maintaining any licenses, registrations, insurance, or other requirements applicable to their independent business operations.Conducting themselves professionally while providing services at the Client's property.Cleaning Cuties LLC coordinates the customer relationship and service assignment but does not control the independent contractor's independent business operations or methods of performing the work.4. NO EMPLOYMENT, PARTNERSHIP, OR JOINT VENTURENothing in these Terms & Conditions creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Client and Cleaning Cuties LLC or between the Client and any independent contractor, except as may be required by applicable law.Independent contractors are not employees of Cleaning Cuties LLC.5. QUOTES, BOOKINGS & PAYMENT AUTHORIZATIONQuote requests are reviewed by Cleaning Cuties LLC and may be subject to confirmation based on the information provided by the Client, service availability, location, property size, requested services, and any special circumstances.A quote is not a confirmed booking until Cleaning Cuties LLC has confirmed the appointment and the required payment authorization, deposit, or payment has been successfully secured.Cleaning Cuties LLC operates as a cashless service.Depending on the booking terms provided to the Client, a valid payment method may be required to secure an appointment. By providing payment information or authorizing a payment, the Client agrees that Cleaning Cuties LLC may process the applicable confirmed service amount and any separately approved additional services or charges.Any material change to the scope of work or price that was not included in the original quote will be communicated to the Client for approval before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.6. CANCELLATIONS & CANCELLATION FEESCleaning appointments are reserved specifically for the Client. Cancellation fees may apply when an appointment is cancelled after the Company has reserved service time and coordinated service provider availability.The following cancellation structure applies unless otherwise stated in writing:More than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: No cancellation fee.24 to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment: 50% of the confirmed service total.Less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment: 100% of the confirmed service total.No-show, denied access, or inability to access the property at the scheduled appointment: 100% of the confirmed service total.How to CancelAll cancellation requests must be submitted electronically through the designated Cleaning Cuties Cancellation Request Form.The cancellation request form will be made available through the Client's appointment confirmation and/or other official Cleaning Cuties communications.The date and time the cancellation request is electronically submitted will be used to determine whether the cancellation was received within the applicable cancellation period.Phone calls, text messages, social media messages, or verbal requests do not constitute an official cancellation until the required electronic cancellation request has been submitted and received through the designated cancellation process.Cancellation fees compensate for reserved appointment time, service provider scheduling commitments, administrative costs, and potential loss of the opportunity to assign the reserved service time to another Client.7. RESCHEDULINGRequests to reschedule an appointment are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation when made within the applicable cancellation period.A rescheduled appointment is not confirmed until Cleaning Cuties LLC provides confirmation of the new date and time.Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fee will be determined according to the timing of the request.8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIESThe Client agrees to:Provide accurate information when requesting a quote and booking services.Provide a safe and reasonably accessible environment for service providers.Ensure necessary utilities, including water and electricity, are available when required to perform the requested services.Provide accurate access instructions, entry information, gate codes, parking information, and other information reasonably necessary to access the property.Secure cash, valuables, sensitive documents, and other personal property before services begin.Identify fragile, valuable, damaged, or unusually delicate items before service begins.Inform Cleaning Cuties LLC of any conditions that may affect the safety, scope, or performance of the requested service.Cleaning Cuties LLC is not responsible for delays, service limitations, or inability to complete services resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or undisclosed information provided by the Client.9. SERVICE REFUSAL OR DISCONTINUATIONCleaning Cuties LLC or the assigned independent service provider may refuse, postpone, or discontinue service when reasonably necessary due to:Unsafe or hazardous conditions.Conditions that materially differ from the information provided during the quote or booking process.Unreasonable or abusive conduct.Lack of required access to the property.Payment authorization or payment issues.Circumstances that create a risk to the safety of the service provider or others.Requests for services outside the agreed-upon scope of work.When reasonably possible, the Client will be notified of any issue affecting service completion.10. DAMAGE & CLAIMSClients must report any alleged damage or service-related issue to Cleaning Cuties LLC in writing within 24 hours of service completion.Claims should include a description of the issue and, when applicable, photographs or other supporting documentation.Cleaning Cuties LLC may assist in communicating with the independent service provider and facilitating the resolution process. However, where services are performed by an independent contractor, the contractor may be responsible for claims relating to their own workmanship or conduct, subject to applicable law and any applicable insurance coverage.Cleaning Cuties LLC does not guarantee the outcome of claims involving independent third parties.11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cleaning Cuties LLC is not responsible for:Pre-existing damage or conditions.Damage to items that were not properly disclosed as fragile, delicate, or damaged.Loss or damage to valuables or personal property that were not properly secured.Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.Conditions or circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control.Cleaning services are performed in Client-controlled environments and may involve inherent risks associated with the condition, materials, surfaces, and contents of the property.Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.12. INDEMNIFICATIONTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Cleaning Cuties LLC from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:Unsafe or hazardous conditions at the Client's property.Client-provided instructions or inaccurate information.Failure to disclose relevant property conditions.Risks created by the Client or other persons at the service location.This provision does not apply to the extent that a claim results from the Company's own negligence, willful misconduct, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.13. FORCE MAJEURECleaning Cuties LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, emergencies, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.14. CUSTOMER INFORMATION & CONFIDENTIALITYCleaning Cuties LLC collects and uses Client information as reasonably necessary to provide quotes, coordinate services, process payments, communicate regarding appointments, and manage the Company's business operations.Client information, including service addresses and access instructions, is treated as confidential and should only be accessed or used for legitimate service-related purposes.Clients should review the Company's applicable privacy practices for additional information regarding the collection and use of personal information.15. GOVERNING LAWThese Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, except to the extent that applicable law in another jurisdiction where services are performed requires otherwise.16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMSCleaning Cuties LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions as the Company's services and operations evolve.The Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of a Client's booking will generally govern that booking, unless otherwise required by applicable law.17. CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. Because cleaning appointments are reserved specifically for each Client, cancellation fees may apply when an appointment is cancelled after service time has been reserved.Cancellation FeesMore than 24 hours before appointment: No fee24 to 12 hours before appointment: 50% of service totalLess than 12 hours before appointment: 100% of service totalNo-shows or denied access at time of service: 100% of service totalFees compensate for reserved time, scheduling loss, and operational costs.How to CancelTo cancel your appointment, please submit the Cleaning Cuties Cancellation Request Form using the Cancel My Appointment button below.Your cancellation request will be electronically timestamped when submitted. The date and time your request is received will be used to determine whether a cancellation fee applies under the Cleaning Cuties Cancellation Policy.Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that your appointment has been cancelled. You will receive confirmation from Cleaning Cuties once your request has been reviewed and processed.For your protection and ours, cancellation requests must be submitted electronically through the designated Cancellation Request Form. Phone calls, text messages, social media messages, or verbal requests do not constitute an official cancellation.If you need to cancel or reschedule, please submit your request as soon as possible.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Cleaning Cuties LLC operates as a cashless service.We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processing system.Payment may be required in full or as a deposit to confirm and secure your appointment, depending on the service and booking terms provided.Your payment instructions and secure payment link will be provided directly by Cleaning Cuties when your quote and appointment are confirmed.Payment Methods AcceptedCredit CardsDebit CardsAdditional payment options may be available at the time of payment.Please note: An appointment is not considered confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been successfully secured and you have received confirmation from Cleaning Cuties.
